The bench

ONE PRINTER. THINGS YOU WILL ACTUALLY USE.

Practical Printing is a small-batch shop in Lincoln, Nebraska. The name is the filter: if a print does not earn a place on a desk, in a bag, on a rack, or in a tackle box, it does not go in the catalog.

Work runs on a Bambu Lab A1. PLA for display pieces. PETG for anything that has to flex, get wet, or live in a truck. Every order is printed after you place it, checked, and packed from the same bench. The live shop is small on purpose — more prints get added from the bench as they are ready.

Made to order

No warehouse, no leftover colors from last season. You pick the filament, we print it.

Local pickup

Lincoln pickup is free. We email when it is done so you are not driving across town for a clip that is still on the bed.

Custom is normal

A lot of the work is one-offs: a replacement latch, a caddy that fits your bottle, a jig. Ask before you assume it cannot be printed.
